A woman's son calls home with a speeding ticket prank.

So a cop gives this guy a ticket for NOT riding his bicycle in the bike lane. The reason he doesn't is because there are usually things blocking the bike lane. SO...He makes his point by smashing into everything from construction to another cop car blocking the bike lane!

How come I never thought of doing that?
