This cop tries to bust some guy doing stunts on his motorcycle but the dude bolts before the cop can do anything. Owned!

So a cop gives this guy a ticket for NOT riding his bicycle in the bike lane. The reason he doesn't is because there are usually things blocking the bike lane. SO...He makes his point by smashing into everything from construction to another cop car blocking the bike lane!

Looks like somebody did a bad job frisking this guy.
