A cop is getting very annoyed with the woman driving slow in the fast lane so he takes matters into his own hands.

So a cop gives this guy a ticket for NOT riding his bicycle in the bike lane. The reason he doesn't is because there are usually things blocking the bike lane. SO...He makes his point by smashing into everything from construction to another cop car blocking the bike lane!
